Here are some pictures to give you a little taste test of what amazing memories I will take away from that day. Thanks to all who came and helped celebrate Caleb!

Christian and I spent Labor Day Weekend in South Lake Tahoe with my sister and her family. It was a lot of fun to see Billy play softball and hang out with his side of the family.
We were able to stay at Linnette's (Christian's sister) cabin and enjoy a mini vacation for a couple of days. It was fun to spend the night just the two of us! We played bocce ball, watched the fire works from South Shore, took Dixie swimming in the lake, bbq'd an amazing dinner and relaxed in the hot tub (don't worry I just had my feet in!).
Pregnancy Update:
On Friday I will be 8 weeks!! Yeah! I can't believe how slow it's going! Not because I'm not completely enjoying each second!! I just can't wait to be able to feel and look pregnant =) This baby is already such a special and amazing part of our lives. I feel so much more for him/her everyday! I'm not feeling sick at all but I do get find myself hitting a exhaustion wall a couple times a day! I am also having pretty bad cramping, which my sister assures me is normal. Thanks sissy! =) I know it's to early but I swear I have a baby bump already =) I can only feel it when I am cramping and then my abdomen gets really hard and I can feel a small bump really low on my belly! The first time I felt it it was sooooo amazing! I made Christian feel it ten times that night. I'm changing my mind everyday on if I think it's a boy or girl. Most of the time I am leaning towards boy (Mother's intuition) but I will be soooo happy with either! I have my first doctors appointment on Monday! We are going to be able to hear the heart beat!! I'm so excited! Stay tuned for more updates next week!
I wanted to show off my snow angel skills to my sweetheart but.... Dixie thought she could do a better job and jumped all over me to prove it!
Dixie is soooo much fun in the snow! We can not get her to hold still for a second. She has even learned how to slid down a snow mound by herself! We are so proud =)
I started breakfast when we go back. I wanted to try something new.... it didn't exactly turn out the way I had hoped.....
Christian decided he wanted to cook me dinner. He wanted to make beer can chicken, his specialty
Usually he uses smaller game hens instead of a whole chicken so he wasn't prepared for......
the whole chicken to catch on fire! He managed to singe his eyebrows and the front of his hair. At this point I was laughing to hard to help..... I decided to take pictures instead =)

We found the perfect compromise at Lowes and we able to use the last of our wedding gift certificate and a 10% off coupon to get a great deal! I love birthdays!
Tim looked very proud walking Danielle down the Aisle!

They couldn't have looked more happy! I'm so excited for them to start their amazing life together!
I loved hanging out with old Cal Poly friends! I think my best dancing partner of the night was Jessica and her fun new moves!
Here is the newly engaged couple! You're next guys!!
"Dear Braidy, Do you remember when we use to build barbie cities?!" -Sean Alstot, Best Man
LorLa.... YOU were suppose to catch that bouquet!
Hmmmmm...... hungry Braidy?
What's with the boys on the right? Just putting up your hand doesn't count!
Bouquet and garter catcher's first dance................... a little awkward.... but really funny!
This is the hat Braidy's friend's made for everyone who went on the Bachelor Mexico Cruise.
Braidy has a bunch of really close guy friends from High school and College. These are the kinds of friendships that will last forever!

"How do you shoes work Sweetheart?!"
What an amazing weekend! Linnette surprised us all for Olga's birthday by taking us on a all day wine tasting tour!
One of the MANY reasons why Christian wanted to move to Truckee is because of his love for snowboarding. He LOVES it! He wanted me to LOVE it...... but every time he took me I ended up crying at the top of the mountain!
We went to the aquarium and Christian decided his next job was going to be the scuba diver that feeds the fish at the 11o'clock showings.
We walked around downtown Carmel after the funeral. Mom and I had our high heels on so our amazing hubby's splurged and bought us some reef flip flops!
I always wanted to be a part of the Edwards family! =)
Landen and I bonded at the aquarium! He is so cute and sweet!
Uncle Christian loves his nieces!
What a cute couple!

Christian and I really enjoyed seeing our dad's bond on this trip! We love having our families spend time together and grow to become one family in Him!
We spent some time with God, reading from Mark, and learning about when Jesus calmed the storm.
"Immediately he spoke to them and said, 'Take courage! It is I. Don't be afraid.' Then he climbed into the boat with them, and the wind died down." Mark 6:50
Isn't it amazing how our lives can seem crazy and unpredictable(like a storm)but Jesus is there with us the whole time and all we have to do is call out to Him and he will calm our hearts and and give us peace? He is good!!
It was the best morning we have ever spent together. They get better and better each day!
So Christian sent Dixie after me.....
I made Monkey French Toast for breakfast! It's really good and really easy!
1 small ripe banana, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon honey, plus some for drizzling
1/4 cup peanut butter
4 slices whole grain bread
2 eggs, beaten
A splash of milk
1 tablespoon butter
Preparation
Mash the banana with a fork and combine with honey and peanut butter.
Make two sandwiches with bread and monkey spread. Dip sandwiches in eggs beaten with milk.Cook on a griddle or skillet in warm butter until golden on each side and cooked through. Drizzle with a little extra honey and serve!
